Eric Watson, Founder & CEO |
Mr. Watson is the Founder and acting President & CEO of Canadian Mountain Lodging Realty. Responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company's Development Services and Brokerage operations, Mr. Watson oversees all business units and takes an active role in the delivery of key project marketing assignments and unique property listings.

Mr. Watson is a recognized expert in the resort real estate industry and has led the company since its formation in 2001. Previous to Canadian Mountain Lodging, Mr. Watson acted as a senior management consultant on a variety of high profile infrastructure projects and real estate developments in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Watson holds a degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a licensed Broker within the Province of Alberta. Mr. Watson is also Chairman of Ultimate Resorts & Hotels, one of Canada's largest and most respected resort management companies.
